Return Process

Need to make a return? If your item is within the 14 day window from the day you purchased (local pickups) or delivered (online orders) you may return. Please note, the item must be postmarked within that window.

1. email us at theharcoteam@gmail.com w/ order #!

2. wait for our approval + options for return.

3. put in the mail + await for us to recieve + process. 

Once an item is delivered, please give us 24-48 hours to process. Store credit refunds are the ONLY option + we will send via giftcard via email that was associated with order number.
